As the week progresses, the weather will remain unsettled, with alternating periods of sun and clouds, and temperatures dropping to as low as 16 degrees by midweek.

The eastern parts of Austria are likely to remain the driest, while the rest of the country should prepare for frequent showers and cooler temperatures.
