In a bizarre theft in Kirchbichl, Tyrol, a "Tiny House" along with its ten-ton terrace was stolen from a parking lot.

The incident occurred between November 14 and the following Tuesday, with the total damage estimated at over 100,000 euros.

The house, loaded on a trailer, was reportedly transported to Germany's Günzburg district by a transport company.

Investigations revealed a supposed sale involving a 45-year-old German buyer, but the transaction was never completed.

The case has been forwarded to the Innsbruck public prosecutor for further action.
