A heated altercation erupted on Thursday in Oberwart, Burgenland, when a bus driver and a passenger clashed over a ticket dispute.

The passenger, who appeared intoxicated, claimed to have a valid ticket on his phone, but his device was out of battery.

Refusing to purchase a new ticket or exit the bus, the passenger allegedly attacked the driver, leading to a physical confrontation.

Eyewitnesses described the scene as chaotic, with the passenger aggressively assaulting the driver, who sustained minor injuries.
