In a shocking incident in Deutschfeistritz, a 29-year-old man from Yemen has been arrested for allegedly setting fire to a multi-family house, injuring his pregnant partner and her daughter.

The suspect, who was in an on-off relationship with the 35-year-old woman, reportedly threatened her life and brandished a knife.

The fire, which occurred early on a national holiday, was quickly extinguished by firefighters, preventing major damage.
