A 38-year-old caregiver in Austria reported her employer, a 54-year-old man from Gmunden, after he threatened her life.

The police investigation revealed a shocking arsenal of weapons in his home, including 26 rifles, a machine gun, five antique pistols, and thousands of rounds of ammunition.

Explosives such as 12 sticks of Gelatine-Donarit and two tank shells were also found.

The man admitted to the threats, and all items were confiscated.

Authorities are investigating the legality of the weapons, while the tank shells were safely detonated.

The man remains under investigation but is currently not in custody.
